The April HAPF meeting will be held at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Mechanicsburg, PA on Monday April 18th. We will meet at 9:30 AM for coffee and doughnuts. The Galkin Evangelistic Team will be with us that day. Lunch will be served following the sessions.

DPW Rule-making Update
KCEA gave an update on the DPW regulations. As of Friday, August 13, the Department of Public Welfare has withdrawn their proposed regulations. Reasons cited by the DPW were economics, costs, and quality. The DPW does not have a timetable to re-draft the rule-making.
