Varina Baptist Church in Varina, VA is prayerfully seeking a bi-vocational pastor who meets the qualifications of 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1. VBC is a small, rural, financially independent church fifteen minutes from downtown Richmond.

Preferred is a seminary graduate with proven experience in pastoral ministry (such as associate pastor or pastor), able to communicate effectively through expository preaching. The pastor will lead in both example and action discipleship, personal and congregational ministry, worship, and outreach. The church desires revitalization to grow the church’s spiritual health and membership.
