International Partnership Ministries (IPM) will be holding its annual symposium at Missionary Bible Baptist Church in Hanover.  The theme of the conference is “Theology of Persecution”.  The dates are Tuesday/Wednesday, November 27-28.  You may download the flier HERE for more information.

Next Fellowship — November 12, 2012

The next fellowship will be hosted by Cedar Hill Baptist Church of Dillsburg on Monday, November 12 at 10:00 am. The speaker will be Dr. Shelton Smith.  There will also be a Q&A time with Dr. Smith and a brief presentation about the Mid State Choir Festival.

A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Paul encouraged the Ephesian pastors to defend the Christian faith. He said in verse twenty-eight, “Be on guard for yourselves and for all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood.” Note especially the beginning of the verse: “Be on guard for yourselves and for all the flock.” We meet as a fellowship of pastors and ministers of the Gospel so that we may be on guard. World Outreach Week 2012 at Grace Bible Chapel

Grace Bible Chapel of York Springs will be hosting its annual missions conference called World Outreach Week from Saturday, October 13 through Wednesday, October 17. Featured missionaries are Dave & Carol Richards, retired from Mali, Rob & Donna Heijermans, working with Borealis Project in Ottawa, Canada with Biblical Ministries Worldwide, and Luke & Charlotte Crockett and family, on deputation to go to the Ivory Coast with Baptist Mid Missions. Weeknight sessions include workshops presented by the missionaries on the following topics: The Muslim Mindset; Pluralism in America; Spreading the Gospel in the Workplace.
